Video Wall Booth Rental Costs

Video Wall Booth Rental Costs can vary greatly due to a number of factors. For instance, the number of days the show runs, setup or dismantle on holidays or weekends, union or non-union city and other factors will alter the booth rental costs. Obviously, these examples are not meant to be exact rental prices. However, it will give you a pretty good ballpark idea of the rental costs.

One thing that’s important to note is that we don’t have video walls that you have to choose from. In fact, every video wall trade show booth you’ve ever seen is made up of individual LED video tiles. As you can see in the photo, these LED video tiles are about 19.5 x 19.5 inches. Consequently, we simply put together as many as we need to make the video wall as big or small as you like.

When you view these examples keep in mind that with these LED video tiles we can configure a trade show booth for you any way that you like.

Our company is your one stop shop for video wall rentals. For example, you don’t need to hire some other vendor for furniture and flooring. We can provide everything you need to have a successful trade show. Our rental prices always include shipping to and from the show, setup and dismantle. Plus, we always keep an audio visual technician at the show just in case something goes wrong with your video wall.

10 x 10 Video Wall Booth Rental Costs

10x10 LED wall booth

The video wall shown here is often used in a 10×10 booth space. However, it’s not the smallest video wall we’ve setup. For instance, sometimes smaller shows have 8 foot booth spaces. Naturally, we would use fewer LED video tiles to fit the smaller space.

This is as basic as a video wall can get. The bottom is reserved for a graphic for a few reasons. Nobody is looking down at the floor. Plus, their view that low may be blocked. More importantly, people walk too close to the video walls and sometimes kick them by mistake. Naturally, we don’t want expensive equipment getting damaged.

You may want a logo, website address or marketing message at the bottom of this video wall. Typically, the video wall booth rental costs are around $20,000.00 for this configuration. This includes everything, even the flooring. The only extra cost is what the show charges you for electricity and material handling.

20 x 10 Video Wall Trade Show Booths

This is a 20 x 10 video wall trade show booth. The video wall is on the left and a backlit graphic is on the right. We provided everything you see in the video. Our full service ad agency provided flooring, backlit counter, TV monitor on the side wall and the sofa. Some companies have an ad agency they work with. In that case, we provide the specifications for the video and graphics. Otherwise we can include that in our price.

The video wall booth rental costs will run about $38,000.00 for a 20 x 10 like this one. Also, our price includes everything you see except for what the trade show bills you for. Plus, our price always includes having an Audio Visual Technician on site, just in case something goes wrong. Naturally, we have no control over what they charge you for material handling and electric.

For this trade show booth we built shelves, provided the salon chair, counter, flooring and of course the video wall. Our client wanted shelves so people could pick up the actual products. Of course, the video wall is there to attract attention.

In this example, we created the graphics for the counter.  Plus, we offer video production for video walls.

The video wall booth rental costs for this 20 x10 came to $29,000.00. Naturally, that includes having our audio visual technician at the show in case something goes wrong with the video. Plus, everything shown in the picture is included.

20 x 20 Island Booths

When our client looked at the cost of the LED video wall compared with the cost of two 80 inch TV monitors, they went with the TV monitors. Of course, we rent and sell video wall trade show booths. However, we are happy to use large screen TV monitors to fit your budget.

We included the flooring, four counters, 80 inch TV monitors on both sides, graphic design and video production. The video wall booth rental costs for this 20 x 20 Island Booth came to $29,000.00 for everything.

The only additional costs our client had was what the show charged them for electric and material handling.

Sometimes the goal is to make a big impression at the lowest possible cost. For example, instead of a huge video wall, we just put video at the top. Obviously, we can’t show any important details that high up. However, our purpose is to attract attention. Plus, by using a small amount of LED video tiles, we can wrap the video around the top of the tower. As a result, we attract attention from all four sides of this 20 x 20 Island Booth. Additionally, by keeping the video wall only at the top, we keep the cost down.

We provide the TV monitor shown on the side of the tower. Plus, we provide all the furniture and flooring. Additionally, we always keep an Audio Visual Technician on site, just in case something goes wrong with the video. However, most of the time nothing goes wrong. Of course, since the tower had a door to allow storage; there was always the possibility someone might unplug a cable by mistake. The video wall booth rental costs for this setup came to $39,000.00

30 x 40 Video Wall Booth Rentals

The video shows a booth we setup for a client that rented a 30×40 booth space. We are able to provide many customized options. For instance, we created the round rotator that’s turning the chair. Plus, we added all the wood beams that form some walls and a ceiling. Additionally, we created the backlit logo from brushed aluminum.

Since this was an island booth the backwall has a large graphic. Of course, everyone walking on the back side of the booth sees a beautiful, single piece graphic.

We love big screen video booths! In this example, the video wall booth rental costs are around $55,000.00. We include everything in our rental cost, even vacuuming daily and emptying the trash!

40x30 trade show booth

In this 40×30 video wall booth rental, we included many interesting features. Naturally, our goal is to attract attention. Of course, the hanging sign helps to get attention. However, we also added wood beams at an angle to make people stop and look. Plus, the wood beams hold up the video wall. Additionally, we included 3 video wall counters.

When we use more than one video wall counter, we have a few options. For example, the counters can each have their own video. Naturally, they could all play the same video. Plus, we can make one video play across all 3 counters as if it was one large screen.

In this example we included a conference room with a table and 6 chairs. Plus, we used frosted glass so people wouldn’t feel closed in.

This very elaborate video wall booth configuration brings the video wall booth rental costs to about $110,000.00. Keep in mind everything is included that you see in the photo except material handling and electricity which the show charges.

Very Large Trade Show Booths With Big Screen Video Walls

At some shows clients of ours rent booth spaces that are more than 100 feet wide. Naturally, we can help with any size video wall booth setup. To see examples this link: Big Screen Video Walls

We can help with everything you need to make a big impression at your next trade show. Of course we can help with video wall booths but we can also help with everything you need for the show. For example, we can provide all the furniture, flooring, hanging signs, brochures, trade show giveaways and graphic design. Obviously, there’s a big benefit to working with our full service advertising agency instead of just a trade show booth company.

Video Wall Video Production

video wall video production

We can help with video wall video production. Naturally, as a full service advertising agency, video production is something we’ve been doing for years. However, there are other reasons to have us work on your video. For instance, other video production companies may brag about having 4K video equipment. We also have top of the line video production equipment. However, we know how to shoot your video to get it to be the specific size we need for your video wall. For example, 4K simply refers to the size of the video in pixels. A 4K video will be 3840 x 2160 pixels. This is exactly four times bigger than an HD video which is 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Naturally, we assume that more pixels would give a better image. In fact, on a TV that’s true because the pixels on a TV are so small and close together we can barely see them. However, on a video wall the pixels are much bigger, further apart and fewer in number. Additionally, LED video walls can be any shape we want. For that reason, a 4K video would get stretched to fit the shape of a video wall. Naturally, this would cause distortion of the video. The important point is that we know how to produce videos in the specific shape or aspect ratio to fit your video wall.

Video Production vs Motion Graphics

With video production, we come to your location and shoot video. Naturally, we can combine product photos in with the video. Additionally, sometimes we want to show your location in the video. In that case, we might want to include drone video production. This would allow us to get aerial video of your building or warehouse. Naturally, showing the size of your facility helps potential customers to see your company as a leader in your field.

If we use Motion Graphics as part of your video wall video production, we can create interesting animations. Plus, these can be 2D or 3D animations.
