There are some advantages and disadvantages to a 10 foot video wall rental. In a 10×10 trade show exhibit booth a video wall will take up a lot of space. Additionally, the video wall can’t go the entire 10 foot width. Naturally, we need some space on the side to get behind the wall to make all of the electrical connections. Obviously, we can’t enter the space of the booths next to you or behind your booth. For that reason, the maximum width of the video wall would be 8 feet. The video wall would also be 8 feet tall.
The pictures shown here show 5 LED panels wide and 4 high. At the bottom we have room for a graphic. We don’t put LED tiles at the bottom for two reasons. First, people walk too close and often kick the bottom. Naturally, we don’t want expensive LED tiles broken. Second, any video you want to run is probably not going to fit a square shape that would be created by a 5×5 arrangement of LED tiles.

An LED video wall can’t stand up by itself. We put sides on it in order to hold it up and to add weight to the back. The minimum width the sides can be is 20 inches. Consequently, your 10×10 space would become an 10×8 space. This leaves you with less room for a podium, chairs and clients. Additionally, LED video walls are best viewed from a distance. The reason for this is because the pixels are big enough that you can see them. As a result, sometimes a very large screen TV on a backwall might be a better option.
