Video Wall Booth Examples

Video Wall Booth Examples come in all shapes and sizes. In fact, video walls can be made with a special coating so that if you throw things at the wall, it won’t break. Additionally, these same LED video tiles can be used as a video floor by placing them under glass. In the example above an LED video wall is in the center and two TV monitors are to the left and right of the video wall. Naturally, shelves and counters can also be added. We are much more than a video wall rental company; we have everything you’ll need for your trade show. For example, we can create the video that you’d like to display. Plus, it can be actual video or 2D or 3D motion graphics. Furthermore, it you need any type of literature to hand out at the show, we can create any type of flyers or brochures.

If you are looking for a way to stand out from the crowd in the exhibit hall, check out the video above. In this video wall booth example, we used a special coating that protects the LED video wall. You can actually throw things at this video wall without causing any damage.

Video Wall Booth Examples can include a cube shape, with LED video tiles all around. However, this video cube might be better as a permanent installation. Naturally, this would only work in a trade show if you have an island booth.

LED video wall tiles can be made with convex or concave curves. Obviously, this allows us to come up with some truly unique looks.

When the entire booth is a video wall, you get a very dramatic effect. Naturally, this works only in an island booth. Plus, it might work in a peninsula booth. Another important point to consider is that people need to stand back several feed in order to see an LED video wall clearly. Of course, this is one more reason to rent an island space.  When you have an island booth, people approach from all sides. Naturally, they would see your video wall booth from a distance as they approach.

We don’t want you to think we are showing you all of the Video Wall Booth Examples that are possible. There are many children’s toys made from some type of blocks. This blocks can be configured to look like a wall, house, boat, airplane or whatever your imagination will lead you to. Similarly, we don’t have trade show booth models A, B & C for you to choose form. We put together our frames, just like the building blocks shown here.

We can configure our frames to meet your requirements. In fact, a good way to get started is to stop thinking about video wall booth examples and just think about trade show booth ideas. In reality, any trade show booth could be partly or entirely made with LED video tiles.

The reason most companies choose to rent video walls is that the LED video tiles are very expensive. Naturally, the more video tiles we use for your video wall, the more it raises the rental price. For that reason, we often combine graphics and video tiles.

Affordable Video Wall Booth Rentals

10x20 video wall rental

Our video wall booth examples continue with this LED video wall, TV monitor combo. We designed this as a 10×20 video wall rental. Plus, we included a light box counter and a little desk with chairs. Since only a small part of the 10×20 booth is an LED video wall, this design helps to keep the rental cost down.

20x20 island booth video wall rental

When we are speaking about any video wall booth examples, it’s difficult to use the word “affordable” in the description. However, there are things we can do to keep the cost down.

In a 20×20 island video wall booth rental, we want people to see you from all sides. However, to keep the costs down we only make part of the tower using LED video tiles. The beautiful graphics are the inexpensive part. Consequently, more graphics means lower video wall rental cost. In fact, if we needed to lower the cost further, we could substitute the LED video walls for large screen TV monitors. Obviously, we don’t ONLY do video wall rentals.

Here’s a couple of photos we took during booth setup. This 10×20 video wall rental had the left half as a video wall and the right half graphics. Also, the bottom green part is also graphics. By configuring it this way, we make it look like it’s half graphic and half video wall. However, with the bottom and the right side being graphics, it’s a little less than half LED video wall. Naturally, this is a great way to have a dramatic look while keeping the cost in mind. Are the above examples of affordable video wall rentals? They are much more affordable by reducing the amount of LED tiles used. Contact us today for help with any type of video wall booth rental or purchase.

LED Trade Show Signs

led trade show signs

LED Trade Show Signs are like retractable banner stands that show videos. However, these LED signs cost a lot more than retractable banner stands. Plus, unlike our video wall rentals, these are only available for sale. Consequently, they are best for companies that already have a trade show booth. For example, if you’ve got a great booth but you want to upgrade it, get our LED Signs! This could be the perfect way to upgrade your booth without starting over. Our LED Trade Show Signs can give your booth a much more modern look. Plus, they are available in two pitch sizes. Click to see what pitch size means.

We have four options available for out LED trade show signs. They can lean on a stand, be upright, hanging or roll wherever you need them! Plenty of companies have invested substantial amounts in their trade show booth and don’t want to start over. For that reason, adding an LED sign or two updates the look of the booth without a major expense.

LED Trade Show Signs

Here’s what you’ll need to know about our LED Trade Show Signs. They are available with a pitch of 2.5, 1.9, 1.5 and 1.2. The lower the pitch, the higher the resolution. For instance. the 2.5 means that the pixels are 2.5 millimeters apart. Obviously, if the pixels are only 1.2 millimeters apart, you’ll have better image quality. Plus, the lower the pitch, the closer people can stand and still view the image clearly. Another important point to consider is the time it takes to get one of our LED signs. As you may know, all LED tiles come from China. In fact, that’s the reason they are always measured in millimeters. These are made using 4 LED tiles which are each 496×496 mm. For that reason, it’s 496 mm wide by 1984 mm tall. Of course, if we convert that to inches, the sizes seem odd. For instance, it’s 1.6273 feet wide and 6.509186 feet tall.

Shipping Time

Getting back to the timing, we need 25-30 days for manufacturing. However, for the 1.5 and 1.2 pitch we need 65 days for production. Plus, we’ll need about 55 days for shipping by sea or 7-10 days for shipping by air. Obviously, it doesn’t take 7-10 days to fly here. In our sea and air estimates we are including time in customs and time trucking it from the port of entry to your location. This means that for the 1.9 or 2.5 pitch we’d need a total of almost 3 months to get them to you or maybe 5-6 weeks if shipped by air. Conversely, for the 1.5 and 1.2 pitch we’d need a total of about 4 months by sea or 2.5 months by air.

Backlit Trade Show Displays with LED Signs

If you are looking to start over but can’t afford a video wall purchase, here’s an idea you might like. Combine one or two of our LED Signs with our backlit trade show displays. Of course, this gives you the modern look of LED signs for a little more than the cost of a backlit display. Plus, you may want to take a look at our examples of video wall booth rental costs.

What's Included with a Purchase

Our LED signs would come with the media player & receiving card. Each LED tile has 4 modules in it. In the photo you can see one of the four modules being pulled out with the maintenance tool. We don’t anticipate any problems, we just want you to have spare parts in the event you need them.
