However, there are good reasons why we don’t. For instance, setup and dismantle days might be on a weekend, holiday or weekday. Naturally that will change the cost of the rental. Additionally, the number of days of the show will change the cost of the rental. Plus, labor costs are very different in a union city or non-union city. For those reasons, we don’t have a video wall rental price list.
What Does an LED Video Wall Rental Cost?
Obviously, the biggest factor in determining what Video Wall Rentals cost, is the layout of the trade show booth. For instance, if you have a 10×10 space to work with, our LED video wall can’t be very big. For that reason, your cost will be lower. Naturally, if you have a 10×20 space we have more room to work with. In that case, maybe you’d like a backwall that is half LED video wall and half graphics. In fact, we could even have half LED video wall and the other half could be a light box.
When you have a 20×20 island booth, there will be so many more video wall rental options. In that case, you are only limited by your budget. For example, we could have a tower in the middle of your island so it can be seen from all sides. Another option would be low walls by the exterior with openings on each side. In that example, we’d want the video component to be in the center of the space.
