In these examples of video wall booth rentals we are showing an estimation. In addition, even the city where your trade show will be held can make a big difference in the cost. For example, a city with a strong union can add 25% or more to the cots. Plus, the approximate pricing shown above does not include flooring, furniture, shipping, drayage, labor or the onsite video technician. Keep in mind, these costs can add several thousand dollars to the total cost. Plus, in some cities, they may charge double time for setup and tear down on Sunday.
Custom Designed Video Wall Booth Rentals
To get started working with us you could simply draw things that you want in your exhibit booth space. Even a hand drawn sketch with labels would work for us. We can interpret that into the display system. However, it can get quite complex with the number of frames, sizes, pieces and variables we offer. If you have experience in working with these types of layouts, here’s the info your exhibit booth design team will need. Our frames are fairly divisible by 19.5” segments (with some exceptions):
Video Wall Specifications
• Standard frame widths available are: 19.5” or 39”
• Standard frame heights available are: 19.5”, 39”, 78”, or 95” (we have some 17” frames to better accommodate the LED’s sizes – noted below)
• Tight or wide radius curves are available in some of the standard sizes
• We also have a full fabrication team here, so we can make some custom sizes/frames as needed but obviously custom changes pricing quickly
• A full sized standard frame is 39”W x 95”H (just under 8’H)
• Double stacking that get’s you to the common exhibit height limit of 16’
• The LED’s are: 19.5”W x 19.5”H and each tile is 192×192 pixels
• Once your configuration/size is determined, that math help provides the aspect ratio the video content should be created for
• For instance, 3 tiles wide x 2 tiles high (6 tiles) would have a full pixel size of 576 x 384, creating an aspect ratio of 1.5:1
